Taking this for a spin in my cradle glass. On the nose (swirl and let sit for 1 minute) I get a kickass fruit cake! Orchard fresh red apples, pineapples and mangoes followed by vanilla and caramel. WHAT A NOSE!
On the palate, caramel creme Brulee with a tropical fruit compote. The sweetness is tempered by the pleasant bitterness of the brunt sugar. Luxurious mouth feel and long finish. I'm glad I have the bottle to myself!
